WA Hair & Beauty sells to hair and beauty professional only. Some products, such as hair chemicals are exclusively for qualified hairdressers only.


All pricing is stated in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and is GST inclusive. WA Hair & Beauty website prices are subject to change without notice.
The current price of each product is shown on the website at the time the order is placed.
WA Hair & Beauty reserves to right to amend the prices of any products in the event that a technical mishap significantly affects pricing or pricing mistakes due to human error.


All orders for delivery in the Perth Metro area and Mandurah will be shipped via Pep Transport. Delivery time is 1-2 days from the date of despatch.
All orders for delivery outside the Perth Metro area will be shipped via Toll Ipec. Delivery time is 1-2 days from the date of despatch.
Delivery to Broome is 2-3 days and far north WA is 5 days.
Please note that these delivery times are to be used as a guide only as stated by these transport companies.
WA Hair & Beauty will not be held responsible for any delays or late delivery as this aspect is beyond our control.


We charge a flat rate (regardless of weight) for your convenience and benefit for ordering online. The charge
depends on your postcode and are grouped into 5 regions of WA as listed below. All prices include GST.

  • Perth Metro – $6.50
  • Mandurah & Surrounds – $9.95
  • South West WA – $ 27.95
  • Central West WA & Pilbara – $45.00
  • Broome & Far North WA – $70.00

** Please be aware salon furniture purchases may attract a higher shipping rate. You will be contacted with a delivery quote upon receipt of your order.


We offer a sliding discount structure as follows based on the value of your order excluding freight but including GST. Discounts only apply if paid by credit card or EFT online. Orders placed and put on account do not qualify for any discounts.

  • $250 – $499 = 2.5%
  • $500 & over = 5.0%


WA Hair & Beauty reserves the right to accept or decline an order, for any reason, even an order confirmation has been sent.
Whilst every effort will be made to provide notice, WA Hair & Beauty has the right to supply less than the ordered quantity. Your payment will be adjusted accordingly to the amended total.


Goods ordered and paid online may be out of stock in our warehouse from time to time. In this event we will email and advise you of the situation. We will offer you the choice of getting the item in for you (causing a delay), offering a substitute product or a refund.


All products sold by WA Hair & Beauty are automatically covered by the Consumer Guarantees detailed in the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Further information about your rights and the Australian Consumer and Competition Act can be found here: accc.gov.au

In line with your rights, we will only accept goods for return if they are damaged, faulty or the incorrect goods were sent by us. These will be replaced at no charge or a full refund will be given for the particular item(s). Goods cannot be returned for refund if you just simply change your mind. If you receive your order which contains damaged, faulty or incorrect goods please email us at sales@wahb.com.au stating your name and contact details and the nature of the problem within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will then contact you to arrange pickup of the goods to be returned at no additional freight charge to you. Please keep the original box and packing material to put the returned goods into if possible please. We will then send the replacement goods freight free or do a refund upon receipt of the returned goods back into our warehouse.
